Jacob Moss, MD is a General Practice Specialist. He is a native to Southeast Idaho, where he attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and received his bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Moss then attended and graduated from the Southern Illinois University Schools of Law and Medicine, receiving his doctorate degrees in both. After graduating medical school, Dr. Moss completed his post-graduate training at UC-Denver.

Dr. Moss is passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with additional interests in addiction medicine and medical jurisprudence.

Dr. Moss and his wife Catherine have three beautiful children. They enjoy golfing, fishing, the outdoors, and traveling.
