Medical
Teton Valley Health offers 2 medical plans through Blue Cross of Idaho that provide you and your family members with the flexibility to select the right coverage. You will be able to choose between Regular PPO and an HSA PPO plan. We currently cover the employee’s premium 100% and, in addition, we cover 25% of the cost for dependent premiums. Dental
Our dental plan is provided by Delta Dental of Idaho and includes a discount for orthodontic services. Our local providers have said this is one of the best plans they have seen. Learn more about Delta Dental.
Vision
Our vision plan is provided by Vision Service Plan. With VSP, no card is needed, and you gain access to hundreds of locations for all your eye care needs. Learn more about VSP
Supplemental Insurance
TVH employees can select supplemental insurance plans through AFLAC at exclusive, discounted rates. With a wide variety of options from Cancer, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Critical Care, and Hospital Advantage policies, you will be able to meet all of your healthcare needs.
Retirement
Our 403 (B) retirement plan allows you to defer compensation for long-term savings starting on your first day. This service is provided through Mass Mutual. Our plan does include a company match and allows for loans. You will also gain access to free, local financial advice from Edward Jones to help with the selection of the investment option right for you.
Life Insurance
Our Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance includes both a fully company-sponsored basic plan and buy-up option. In addition, Teton Valley Health fully covers Life and AD&D premiums for all of your enrolled dependents.
Employee Assistance Program
This service is designed to help our employees balance work and life. Through EAP, you will gain access to free personal, legal, and financial counsel and advice about various other resources.
Paid Time Off
Full time employees have a potential to earn up to 24 days of paid time off in a year. This number may vary based on the hours worked, the length of a workday, position, or seniority, and does not accrue on overtime hours. Our PTO is a combined plan used for personal, holiday, sick, and other absences.
Clinic Pay
This time-off policy is unique to Teton Valley Health. Per this policy, you will be compensated your hourly rate for the time that you or your family members spend at Teton Valley Health receiving medical care.

Our employees can enjoy a wide variety of discounts found both at Perks at Work and LifeMart through our vendor agreements with ADP and EAP.
