Building a Better Tomorrow
Since the reinstatement of TVHCF in 2023, and through the generosity of our donors and funders, we will grant to TVHC by year end $1,833,676 for improvements benefiting patient care. Recent purchases include critical medical equipment, renovated facilities, and support for low-income and uninsured patients.
In 2023 and 2024, we were able to purchase:
- Phillips Patient Monitoring System
- Endoscopy Tower
- Life-saving equipment in the Emergency Department.
- Orthopedic surgical equipment.
- General surgery equipment and supplies.
- Renovation of TVHC’s Rehabilitation Center
- Physical & Occupational therapy, and Speech Language Pathology equipment
- Wound Care courses
- Mobile EKG machines
- Clinical Education
- Recliners for patients’ rooms
- Renovation of the Aesthetics Department
- Ultrasound machine
- Echo machine
- Blood Analyzer for the Laboratory
- Pyxis Equipment for the Pharmacy
- X-Ray upgrade for Medical Imaging
- Artwork for hospital and clinic areas
- Care for lower-income patients
- Cancer screenings and diagnostic care for patients in need
- Assisted with half the cost of a Skid Steer for TVHC
- Staff gifts of appreciation
- 12 grants to staff in crisis through our Employee Giving Program
