Lindsay Cala, MD
Originally from a family dairy farm in White Hall, Maryland, Dr. Cala received her BS of Science in Chemistry from Stevenson University in Maryland and Doctor of Medicine from American University of Antigua College of Medicine in Antigua West Indies. She attended the University of Arizona Medical Center where she did her Family Medicine residency and completed her Sports Medicine Fellowship. Most recently, she comes from a rural hospital in Western Colorado where she provided both outpatient and pediatric inpatient care and served several high schools as a team physician. She is also a Major in the Individual Ready Reserve for the US Army where she served as a Flight Surgeon for over 10 years.
Her interests span a wide variety of activities involving the outdoors including hiking with her dogs, mountain biking, and running. Understanding the importance of physical activity, her goal is to help active people return to their active lifestyles as quickly and safely as possible.
