We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Ali Ward, Emergency Medicine Physician, Teton Valley Health Care! With over 11 years of experience in emergency medicine, Dr. Ward is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care when patients need it most. She is especially drawn to rural medicine, where she can make a meaningful impact by ensuring her community has access to timely, expert care close to home.

Dr. Ward is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and brings a broad range of experience. Prior to joining Teton Valley Health Care, she spent seven years working with a private physician group in Salt Lake City, providing emergency care across multiple Intermountain hospitals. Dr. Ward earned her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, followed by residency training at the University of Utah. Her training and professional experience have shaped her commitment to delivering excellent care in both high-volume and rural healthcare environments.

She and her family were excited to relocate to Teton Valley to be part of a close-knit community. Dr. Ward values seeing her patients outside the hospital—around town, on the trails, and in everyday life—because it reinforces her connection to the people she serves and the importance of accessible local healthcare.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ward enjoys running, biking, and skiing, and loves spending time outdoors with her family and their dogs. She is grateful to call Teton Valley home and looks forward to caring for the community for years to come.
