Chad R. Horrocks, MD
Chad Horrocks, MD is a board-certified Family Practice Physician. He offers full-time family medical care at Driggs Clinic and serves as a hospitalist for Teton Valley Hospital.
Dr. Horrocks completed his Pre-Med at University of Utah in 1992 and earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1996. He completed his residency at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah in 1999. Dr. Horrocks joined Teton Valley Health Care in 1999.
Dr. Horrocks specializes in complete family medical care and complex adult internal medicine. He enjoys getting to know families in our community and caring for their health needs through all stages of life.
He enjoys fishing, camping, skiing and golf.
