Dr. Wine is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry ’76 and Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy ‘71. He practiced general dentistry in Grove City, Ohio and was a lecturer in Dental Pharmacology and clinical instructor at Columbus State Community College Dental Hygiene and The Ohio State University. Upon sale of his practice in Ohio he located in Teton Valley Idaho and became a part time practitioner In Jackson Hole and Alpine, Wyoming.

Past activities include president of Columbus Dental Society, Grove City Chamber of Commerce, Grove City Visitors and Convention Bureau, and a founding member of the Rotary Club of Grove City.  As a board member of the Grove City Kids Association youth athletic 501(3)(c) he was a FIFA licensed coach of Select Soccer teams.  He also served as Board Chair of the Community Improvement Corporation for Grove City, Ohio. 

Upon residing in Teton Valley, he became a Governing Board member of Teton Valley Health Care, a past President and board member of Teton County Idaho Search and Rescue and is currently a member of TVHC Foundation. He and his wife Jane are full time residents and have a daughter and Son in Law with 2 grandchildren living in Victor who are actively involved Teton Valley.

Having been involved in various business, professional associations, and 501(3)(c) foundations, I am pleased to have the opportunity to continue to serve our community on the Teton Valley Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors.”
