Behavioral Health Center, Idaho Falls: Telecrisis
Immediate, real-time assessment by mental health experts from the Behavioral Health Center in Idaho Falls. Telecrisis services are offered to patients coming to the E.R. suffering from mental illness emergencies that may or may not be complicated with substance abuse. Mental health care professionals from BHC work with the onsite E.R. medical team via telehealth monitoring to assist with coordinating an appropriate treatment plan.
BHC is a 74-bed psychiatric hospital operated by Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and is available 24/7 for people experiencing psychiatric crisis.
