Sarah Richins, MPH, RD, LD
Sarah received her nutrition degree from University of Idaho, and dietetics and Master’s in Public Health from Idaho State University. She shares her time between being a renal and clinic dietitian. Her favorite thing about Teton Valley Health is the variety of patient cases she serves and serving a rural community. When not working, Sarah enjoys camping and outdoors with her husband and two young boys, walking the Basset Hound, cooking, and being physically active.
If she had a food motto, it would be:
“Reconstruction, not restriction.”
“We really can enjoy almost anything in our diets, but sometimes we just have to reconstruct our variety and portions. Being a dietitian is about loving food.”
