Sandra Nelson Woolstenhulme, DNP-FNP was born and raised in Teton Valley and has spent most of her career as a registered nurse, much of that time working at Teton Valley Hospital. Three years ago, she returned to school to complete a doctor of nursing practice degree. She is excited to be the latest addition to TVH’s excellent health care team of providers as a nurse practitioner.

She is married to a great man and have four awesome children. Her family enjoys hiking, mountain biking, huckleberrying, wake boarding, floating the Teton River and pretty much anything in the beautiful outdoors!

She is anxious to contribute to our community by providing health care to those who are uninsured or under-insured and hope to see the use of the Cache clinic expand and grow.
