A native of Idaho, David M. Christensen, MD completed his undergraduate work at Ricks College and Brigham Young University and received his medical doctorate from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. Dr. Christensen completed his internship in General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgical Residencies at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. Other postgraduate training includes a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
