Cache Clinic

Cache Clinic

Receive quick care for minor medical issues. Cache Clinic is a retail clinic (we accept cash, check and cc only.  No insurance billing) that provides care for problems that don’t require extensive medical treatment or emergency care. Pay a flat $50 fee for an exam. Further tests or treatments may be recommended at additional expense. Know before you go: our pricing is available upfront. No surprises.

Retail clinics have become a popular choice for many people who are underinsured, uninsured, or have restrictive medical insurance coverage. In most instances, Cache Clinic can respond quickly and at lower costs for people needing help with minor medical issues such as sinus infections, sore throats or insect bites, skin rashes, UTIs, etc.

Cache clinic is not an ER.  Seek Emergency care in our Hospital for lacerations, broken bones, and other ailments that require more extensive care.

What happens if I pay $50 for my visit and discover that my problem can’t be resolved at Cache Clinic?

If the healthcare provider at Cache Clinic can immediately determine that your medical issue requires more extensive clinical or emergency care, you won’t be charged. However, if diagnosis and/or tests given at the Cache Clinic are used to determine that you need a higher level of care, you will be charged for those services and the clinic visit fee.

Will Cache Clinic become my primary care clinic?

No. Cache Clinic offers quick medical care for relatively minor problems such as earaches, strep throat, skin rashes and urinary tract infections. Your primary care provider should remain your overall provider of medical care. You may see some familiar providers at Cache Clinic however, your medical records and primary care relationship should be maintained at a clinic that offers a full scope of services. Visit our Providers page to preview our Primary Care Providers.

I have standing lab orders from my doctor. Can I get those tests done at Cache Clinic?

No. The focus of our clinic’s menu of services is mostly for minor, acute problems, and we can provide a limited number of procedures and lab tests. If you’re unsure, please call us at (208) 354-1126 during our business hours (4 p.m. to 8 p.m.) to see how we can help you. You are welcome to leave a message outside of our business hours and a representative will return your call during Cache Clinic business hours.

Does Teton Valley Health own Cache Clinic?

Yes. TVH owns the clinic, but Cache Clinic is managed and operated as a separate stand-alone business that contracts with TVHC for staffing support.
